I'm trying to send a cancellation request and the (foreign) agent said to send it to dairylandauto@century.com.It came back and i called and asked why.

Now i'm told that you spell century "sentury". Whatever! So i sent it spelled that way and it came back again. Now I'm callin

IN ENGLISH!) that it's sentry. Frustrating, isn't it? Whenever you have to deal with a company and all you can speak to is someone with a minimal command of English, you should quickly find another place to take your business. I do.
