I recently purchased a 5year service warranty on all of my ge appliances. Today for the first time, I called for service on my dryer.

I was put on hold about 10 times and then when a technician got back on, he said he could not give me a date for service but someone would call me back today.

I still have not received a call and would like my money back because with all the complaints, I do not think this is a reputable company and I never got a call back. $1500.00 later - no service no money
