signed up 6 month ago.Was adviced site would be closed in March for few days.

Spent 5 hours today trying to re register, plus two phonecalls. Was told to turn off firewall and pop up. To pay by phone would cost $15.00! After turning off firewall I managed to get registered.

NO WHERE should I need to turn off firewalls to get connected!What a *** design!!!!!

No where on the web page did it explain the criteras to accomplish th task The original site was pretty bad and I undersatnd a change was required, however, this went to worse!!!!

Perhaps you had problems because you failed to identify the website you were trying to access. Much like your complaint here.
