i have been trying to place an order for the last half hour. and had to keep repeating at least three times for each item i wanted.then being told that some things were not available.

i was on a phone that i have to pay for each minute,so i truly will have a large bill and still didn't get what i wanted. will not use this company again. hope i don't even get their catalogs.

if i do i will not use them. i am frustrated with the order depatment.even writing this makes me mad.
