Worst Customer Service Ever
If you have a problem with their system, there is nothing they will do but offer insincere apologies and insist you have to pay extra.Even when the issue is caused by them.
THEY DON'T CARE. Customer service is meaningless. And no one, not even the CEO is able to help. They just pushed me around from one customer service rep to another.
Even when I tried to call the corporate headquarters, they just shoved me back into customer service ***. All had the same party line. No help is available. Shut up and pay.
