i can not get a call back from anyone.I have left three messages including two to the supervisor Stella.

I have been without my oven waiting for a part for one month. very unhappy. terrible customer service. they say the part is on back order but can not give me ANY idea on when i can expect it.

though one employee told me it would arrcve lasty week.

it has not.i need to move forward and get another oven if someone can't give me the benifit of letting me know when i can expect to recieve the part they ordered and never told me it was on back order.Hannah
