i can not get a call back from anyone. I have left three messages including two to the supervisor Stella.

I have been without my oven waiting for a part for one month. very unhappy. terrible customer service. they say the part is on back order but can not give me ANY idea on when i can expect it.

though one employee told me it would arrcve lasty week.

it has not. i need to move forward and get another oven if someone can't give me the benifit of letting me know when i can expect to recieve the part they ordered and never told me it was on back order.Hannah
