Purchased a mattress bed set, set up to deliver on a Friday, the salesperson messed up and set it up for Saturday when nobody would be home. I cancelled the order and still have not received my refund 25 days later and still waiting for my money.

I was told by the salesman in West St. Paul Minnesota, that I would receive my refund in 1-2 weeks. They need their employees better informed of their policy of cancellations and what the customer can expect.

I'm frustrated and angry because I need that money to buy another bed. I will never recommend this store to anyone.
