Purchased a mattress bed set, set up to deliver on a Friday, the salesperson messed up and set it up for Saturday when nobody would be home.I cancelled the order and still have not received my refund 25 days later and still waiting for my money.

I was told by the salesman in West St. Paul Minnesota, that I would receive my refund in 1-2 weeks. They need their employees better informed of their policy of cancellations and what the customer can expect.

I'm frustrated and angry because I need that money to buy another bed.I will never recommend this store to anyone.
