the system keeps telling me that it does not reconize my information and will not allow me to log on nor change my password.i put in my account number date of birth,ssn munber and my mother's maiden name and it still will not allow me to change nor log into my account to be able to pay my bill.this has been going on for over six months of longer i want go paperless to avoid using checks and stamps.the call center has bad service workers.i will cotinue to attempt to log on and continue to call the service center until and hope that a change will take place fo r the best.
