Let me start by saying that i love banking with you.I like alot of people lost my job, but since then i have found employment away from Las Vegas (where i opened my account).

My account was overdrawn and i wanted to make payment arrangements but you guys closed my account without telling me not so much as an email (but you guys can email me to say thanks for the call to find out about my account being closed what kind of *** is that?). Now this $300.00 overdraft has gone to check systems and now i can't get housing until this is resolved (which won't be a problem but had i know before this moment it never would've came about).

I feel as though i should've been notified before this course of action was taken.Thank you for this time,
