I prepaid 6 months service, set new password, but still cannot enter.

I tried this last week, and actually talked to someone that told me their supervisor would call me about why my account was shut-down.Since they never called me, I assumed the problem was resolved.

So I rejoined the service. But again denied access! Why? why, why, why, why, why, why, why, why, why, why, why, why, why?

Is that 100 words yet?More words, more words, more words, more words, more words, more words, more words, more words, more words and then more words and more words.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
