I ordered a cover for a present for a 'disabled' friend. She received the gift, put it on the phone. It was on a day; and broke. After she was unable to get anyone to help her for this TWELVE DOLLAR item; I tried. After not being able to get throught the voice system; I got online to chat. After ONE and a HALF HOURS; I got a reply. She heard my compaint and promised to escalate to " CORPORATE".

I was to receive a call back within TWENTY FOUR HOURS. It has now been over twenty five hours; and I am still waiting. I urge EVERYONE to rethink the 'deals' Wirefly offers; or PRAY you have no problems!

I'll retract this if they contact me soon; but I am not holding my breath! 11/29/12
