I placed an order on-line and, of course, the amount of the purchase was placed on "hold" in my account.As they ship the order out, they charge you AGAIN ...

WITHOUT RELEASING THE HOLD! I've NEVER had another retailer do this. Usually you're charged once, and you're done! They are now telling me it will take up to 5 days to release the original hold.

Also, no where on their website do they warn you this will happen. That's ***! And a little illegal if you ask me. Single parent, doing my best to get through the holiday season ...

paying bills and providing Christmas for the kids. The LAST thing I need is ***'s taking the money TWICE! Don't expect to get anywhere with their sorry excuse for a customer service department either. I cannot believe this is how they do business.
