I called the Midlothian, VA store today to check on a tool before driving to the store. Was put on hold and waited for 15 min before hanging up and calling back to complain to a manager and possibly check on the tool again.

This time the answering person said that the manager had retired but put me on hold for the person in charge. Guess what...same thing After many minutes, I hung up a second time in frustration.

Based on these two events I really don't feel that NT cares much about customer experience so Harbor Freight will get my business.
