The whole experience with Sears was so disagreeable I gave up and have trashed the washer .I spent over 18 hrs trying to get it resolved. Sears made 2 appointments and cancelled them without telling me they cancelled.I sears support said the part will be completely covered and repaired at no cost.

But another group the repair team said we don't fix it. Plus they will not order the part unless and only if Sears installs the warranty part.It's a screw job anyway you look at it.I would have been further ahead if sears just said at the beginning the part had no warranty

A full refund for the washing machine. I had emailed the CEO of Lowes and received a call from one of his assistants and she took care of it all.

The check came today so the company did do what they said. Just the protection plan people that were stonewalling me.

I bought a GE Washer and Dryer in August 2016 since then it has constantly not spun the clothes out. I called the protection plan and they have send 4 different technicians out and no one has fixed as yet. The latest one was out of Clarksville,Tn AV Repair Specialist who came out and listen to the washer but did not test anything. He said he would order a new motherboard and a sensor along with a valve. He gave me a paper with the companies phone numbers which no one answers. My last contact with the protection plan people was a disgrace as the supervisor was nasty. I have contacted the BBB but doubt if anything will come of that. I have to go buy a new washer as we have been without now a month.

Done Com - 1 week since service and still not DONE!

Booked them to complete what I thought was a pretty easy job....hook up my washer and dryer. 1st did not show up for date booked. When I called they said it had been cancelled. Asked if I still wanted the job done I said yes Big mistake. He was going to charge me extra for next day service even though they were the ones that did not show up, but said he would waive the fee. The guy showed up the next day late. Had a hard time figuring out how to hook them up. When I tried starting the washer it was not plugged in. As it turns out when I ran a wash load he hooked up the hot water to the cold. I have called 3 times now and sent emails to get someone out and reconnect and keep getting told it will be taken care of immediately but it's been a week now and no communication back from them. There was a issue with connecting the dryer as it has 3 prongs and wall outlet had 4. He told me that I needed an adapter and could get one at Home Depot so I said I would just go get it. I found out it's not an adapter it's a whole new plug I had to install myself. So I paid $99 for him to Not plug in the washer, hook up the wrong water lines to the washer, and not install the dryer!!!! What a total Rip Off. Do not use this company

American Home Shield - Repeated calls with no results about a broken dishwasher

Original call placed 4/10/2017 Call was given to Sears; they stood me up FOUR times. Call was transferred to Tommy D Appliance Repair; guy came out 5/8/2017. Diagnosed issue and then told me that I was responsible for getting dishwasher out from under the counter. It is my understanding that a job is supposed to be done COMPLETELY. I do not believe it is my job to heft appliances around and I have never had a contractor tell me that I needed to do anything like this before. On 5/17/2017, called AHS again after not hearing back from Tommy D. Customer service rep was very nice; called Tommy D and tried to work out issue. I asked to speak to supervisor; was assured one would call me back. Here it is 5/24/2017.....no call back and I am on hold for 20 minutes now after being told Tommy D ordered the part on 5/19/2017. I talked to another appliance repair company who said they could fix it and they have worked for AHS in the past. I am very unhappy with this level of service or lack of service. I want the call to be transferred to another company and so far, AHS is refusing to do so.

Assign to a company who will do the job in a reasonable amount of time and do the COMPLETE job. Not half-assed.

Pacific Sales - Repair Review

Purchased a lg washer and dryer from pacific sales in 2013 and I recently noticed a small leak in the back of the washer called extended warranty and they sent Yesenia's appliance repair just a day before Xmas eve and was told it was the fil hose the leak coused the washer to rust and the repair shop said it would take 9 days for the washer to be repaired and rust would not be covered. I will never buy another appliance or or electronic device from Best Buy or pacific sales
