I called on May 14th and was told that they were to receive my returned items by the 13th of May , and haven't received it yet.I cancelled my order and returned the next shipment and haven't received the money back in my acct.

I told the lady it should be back in my acct. on Monday , May 17th. It still isn't in my acct . and now it is May 18th.

I was a faithful customer and paid right away and I feel you should be as honest. Please return the money to my acct. I just got done talking to Another, rep. again and got told another answer.

Please, Please, deposit my money back in my acct.Thank You, Waiting Sandra Stolp
