Very Bad customer service
I called earlier and a rep.was so rude an I asked to speak to manager and then hung up on me.
I called back and got billing department he was nice and I understood his english. Explained the problem, that I can't go back to Japan so that they could help me exchange ticket, he said he explained it to 2 supervisors they would call me in 2 or 3 hours they never did. I called they billing departmenty twice to speak to Biya he never snswer the phone and never got a call back that day. Do not use this company at all.
I don't know how the airline even let them schedule flights or rental cars do any business with this company.Very Very Bad service
