Rockauto - Junk fenders
Ordered 2 new fenders for my truck and both come damaged beyond repair. Tried contacting rockauto and was told that they will file a claim with the shipping company and might not receivea refund for up to 65 business days . Not to mention it took a week to receive the parts and am not able to complete the repairs
Partsgeek - Very terrible to say the least
They sent me the wrong part for my car and I didn’t realize until a month later when I went to go instal it. When I called customer service after a 15 minute wait they hung up on me.
Called them back, another 15 minute wait, finally an answer, I tell the guy what had happened and he said “ordered it about a month ago?
And you’re calling about it now?” Then proceeded to hang up on me. I’m currently waitin on hold yet again for customer service
