Could not use automated system.Tried to make payment using number from statement and it said it could not locate my account.

When I tried to call and tell someone about it, I got an EXTREMELY rude operator who could not speak clear English (I thought this company was in Texas). I tried to report the problem and they said it "was not our fault." The supervisor had the same rude attitude.

PUT AMERICANS BACK TO WORK IN AMERICA SO WE CAN UNDERSTAND EACH OTHER.NOT THE KIND OF PERSON YOU WANT ON THE OTHER END OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE CALL!!!!
