Total disregard for the consumer
on december 27th, i ordered an availlable cell phone battery, two weeks later i tried to get shipping info as it had not arrived, i had to call an 800 # that i had from the past,since i couldnt find one anywhere else, and the recording said dont call here about orders,check the internet site, which i did to begin with and they had no record of my order # disposition. i was on hold 40 minutes,and was told that the person i needed was off for a few days, finally 24 days total later, i get an e-mail that the company that makes the battery isnt around anymore. why whould i have not been sent an e-mail and told this without having to investigate on my own,and waiting 24 days to get the final results???
the part i ordered was still shown as availlable when i checked it last also!!!!!!!
