Took my 5 month new tv on July 29,l0.2 wks later told me they would check on it, another week passed I called they told me was unable to fix it and the co.

who made it was replacing it with a new t.v. This is Sept. 15.10 and I still do not have my t.v. And by the way I have been paying my bill.

They did furnish this klunker t.v.

that has no color on it.They have been so rude when I call that it has brought me to tears, but am 71 years old so sometimes I do get emotional easy
