What kind of company is this and why on earth do people hire them????????????????????????????????????? Where is my $200 package with my CHRISTMAS presents?????

This is unacceptable and totally unfair!!!!

Oh, look at their answer:

"Our delivery records indicate this package was delivered, but we understand you have claimed the package as not received. Our facility has completed the investigation. If the package has not yet been received, please contact your seller for further assistance. Please let us know if there is anything further we can do to assist."

Yes there is something you can do to further assist, which is contact that driver and ask him where my package is. Give me back my money. Give me a Christmas present for my brother.... *** I don't care what you do, JUST DO SOMETHING other than sending me auto-generated messages to my e-mail.
