my flight was cancelled and they are incompetent they could't speak english nor could i understand them they kept me on hold for more than 45 min at a single time thier c s is *** i could have done a better job booking with a jack *** i called and called and i spoke with the supervisor and same *** they didn't do a single thing they just pissed me offfffffff so much being ignored is not the way to treat a paying customer they lack training and they are just a waste of time i will never use them again
