I am used to normally quick accurate service from Apple and this was

a fiasco.

I was charging up my ipad with a 12 w power adapter that I purchased from Applewi th their Europe accessories kit and it suddenly started getting burning hot when I used it.

I read they had a recall on it so I made the mistake of calling at 11:00 at night

figuring it would be a quick call. After 31 minutes of holding I was just going to

hang up when a woman answered.

She could not seem to find the power charger I was referring to even though I could pull it up on google in a few seconds and told her I'd send her the link.

Finally after an hour of being on the phone she transferred to a man who seemed to have the same trouble.

Finally he found it and said he also had to send the power cord with it and they

would charge my card until I returned the bad one which is fine. Now it was an hour and a half since initiating the call.

I then got my package and it had only the cord in it. NO power adapter which

is what I needed. What a waste of my time

Here I am holding again to let them know and so far over 39 minutes of hold time. So now I am at over 2 hrs wasted

I cannot believe that two people could mess up so badly.
