Wayfair - Missing parts
Screws and hardware to put my coffee table together were missing.
Bad Boy Furniture - Damaged furniture.
I order dining table and King size bad set. all furniture arrived with some damage and following up with them from 31 Jan.
till date nothing resolved. i don't no how long they going to take to send replacement.
Pepperfry - Repeated Damaged products are delivered
Received damaged, broken products every time we ordered from Pepperfry. Horrible experience with Return & Replacement procedure. They take minimum 10 days for everything. Dining table- legs were broken, dining table had cracks in it. The Carpenter that they sent to solve our Problem further damaged the dining table beyond repair. Out of 4 Dining chairs, 2 were broken. Replaced twice but same faulty products, had to give up & not order again. After many months, we thought maybe they must have improved, so now in March 2019 ordered a Shoe cabinet. But guess what, again damaged shelves were delivered. It's been 7 days now but they are asking us to wait for 3 more days to get confirmation from Hometown to tell us when we can get the replacement, till that time I have a huge box of furniture lying in my living room with a Child in the house, making my life more difficult every passing day. So they should change their tagline to "UNHAPPY FURNITURE TO YOU"
DON'T ORDER FROM WAYFAIR
There's scratches all over the pieces, the "instructions" are awful, no actual explanation of anything, just a diagram that doesn't help enough. If that's not bad enough the screws aren't even connecting to the locking things.
I've been trying to assemble this damn table for 2 solid hours and NOTHING is working.
I'd take it out back and burn it if it wasn't for the money we spent. Worst mistake ever ordering this.
Alibaba - Marble dining table
Hi everyone i have experienced big shock from alibaba i bought a dining table which came broken so i ask alibaba to help me but they have said trade insurance doesn't cover and all *** before i bought i chat with them about insurance and they said everything will be covered if anything happen so guys please dont waste money on alibaba just buy from ebay alibaba is a big scam

Purchased 2 console tables today at $309 each. The price now has dropped to $272.00 each.
This is within a few hours of purchase. I don’t want to cancel the original order and just asking for a price adjustment plus use my coupon as before. Please make the adjustment.

Pepperfry - TERMITES IN A NEW TABLE
I bought a brand new solid wood table from pepperfry.
Beautiful table but after one hour started leaving a whitish dust. After 20 calls to the company a guy came and checked and confirmed that there were termites.
After that it has been 14 days and we have received no response. The table is still with me and the termites are having a ball.
I have complained to the head office as well but they just don’t care or respond. If u want free termites buy from

I'm reporting them to every consumer website that exists because no one should buy from them anything. They're liars and a huge time wasters. I ordered a dining room table from them that was supposed to be a replica of a Tulip table with a black marble top. It took three months for it to arrive in their warehouse.
They charged me $100 for a "white glove" delivery inside our apartment and assembly. When I arrived at home, I saw an ugly piece of junk. The top was not marble - it was some kind of a ceramic finish with fake marble lines and had scratches all over it. The base was completely wrong proportions.
I'm still trying to return this table which is sitting in the middle of our dining room and taking up a huge amount of space. I sent them dozens of emails. They forwarded a FedEd label to me and said that I should stick it directly on the base without putting it in the box (because I told them that I don't have one since the shipping company took it away with them) and dispose of the top and that they will reimburse me when they receive the base! This is the most insane suggestion I've ever received for a return.
To make things worse, they're now arguing with me that I didn't pay $100 for their "white glove delivery" when I have it in writing that they insisted that I need to pay it and that it's their "discounted price" for the delivery. There is something seriously wrong with this company and the people who are running it and their customer service.
I'm reporting all of this to my AMEX and will forward all of the evidence for a full refund.
EconoMax - Table brisée
Nous avons acheté une table de nuit et il y avait un très gros crack à l’endos d’elle donc j’ai appelé le service à la clientèle le 21 décembre et ils m’ont dit qu’ils vont demander à un technicien de m’appeler dans 48h (2 jours ouvrables) et j’ai ENFIN reçu un appel le 8 janvier. OK...
je peux comprendre que c’est le temps des fêtes entre ces périodes, mais aujourd’hui on est le 22 janvier et ils nous ont juste appelé pour nous proposer un rabais, mais nous avons voulu y penser et nous ne pouvons plus rejoindre cette personne qui nous a appelé.
De plus, nous avons aussi a acheté une table de cuisine au même moment. Il y avait un crack aussi sur celle-ci. Alors nous avons encore appelé le service à la clientèle et l’expérience d’attente pour un appel du technicien est similaire... mais cette fois-ci lorsqu’ils nous ont rappelé pour nous proposer une solution, ils nous ont dit « vous avez signalé le problème après 7 jours alors ce n’est plus valide ».
Bon...s’ils ont ce politique c’est correcte (c’est écrit nul part sur la facture et lorsqu’on est allé acheter ce meuble, le gérant nous a dit que c’est échangeable en tout temps...), mais ils ont aussi dit « de toute manière c’est un crack, alors c’est utilisable ». ????????
Donc même si j’avais appelé à l’intérieur des 7 jours ils vont pouvoir me dire « anyway c’est utilisable alors on fera rien »??? Je me demande vraiment si je viens de me magasiner des meubles d’occasion pour qu’on me dise ce genre de chose...
Wayfair - No response to request for information on an item
I was interested in an accent table on your website but there was no inflomation on dimensions and materials used were incomplete. I phoned you and was told Wayfair would look into it and get back to me within a couple of days.
It has been 15 days and I have never received any information on that item .
I have received information from a different company who gave me the dimensions and described the top as being agate with a resin/plastic coating. Your website had described the top as being made of plastic which is why I didn’t purchase yours!
