BerryLook - Need refund
I ordered 2 swimsuits, that do not fit, contacted company , and have not heard back since I would not except $8 credit when the value was 3 times more
Romwe - Pissed customer for being charged twice for one item.
I was charged 2 for one bathing suit and before i checked out there was just one. If you donot refund me for the 2nd bathing suit i will not recommend your company to no one.
Im very pissed about what you all did.
Im the mother of this child and i paid for the order. It showed less then showed up twice after wards.
Rotita - Defective swimsuit
I ordered a swimsuit and it was bigger in one cup size ! I sent it back like they told me to do !!
But I have yet to get a refund! I have contacted them but I am getting the run around!!!!!
And it is very hard to get ahold of this company.... will never order from this place again

This company is a joke anybody that uses it will be taken for all their money. I ordered 4 bathing suit’s send them all back via they’re completely effed up return system have a receipt from the USPS that they received the item and still no refund almost a month later no number to call no response to my emails just a joke they should be able shut down companies like this every review you read somebody is out money that’s a scam like one person said before I should’ve done my homework I Blocked their *** turn them into the BBS and contacted my bank what a joke

Hi I have been trying to talk to romew on live chat and I tried for around 8 times and every time they say we refunded you. But when I check my credit card it doesn’t show any return and when I write in the chat that it’s not showing they cut off the line every single time. I just say can you give me the credit card name and number that you sent the refund to, they cut off the chat

Hi I contacted romew again because they didn’t give me the money back and they said they would this time but I still didn’t receive the money back and I’m very worried that they won’t send it back to me. Can you please help me in getting my money back even if they can send a check

I tried to explain to the live chat person everything but he hung up and my problem was not resolved and my money wasn’t refunded. We ordered 4 bathing suits and we ended up receiving 3 and the other main issue was that one of the bathing suits was broken and I even sent pictures of it to the romew employee I was chatting with.
Please help me resolve my issue and refund me back for the broken bathing suit and the missing one. If you can’t solve it I will contact BBB or a lawyer to solve it for us.
BerryLook - Beyond Disappointed
I ordered two shirts and a bathing suit. I wish I would have read the reviews.
These are not even real clothes!!! The fabric is truly see through, paper thin...including the bathing suit, extremely poor quality. None of it can even be worn. I cannot get in touch with anyone to get a return shipping address/label.
When you go on their site to "returns", the validation says "invalid" every single time, so that is obviously rigged too. What a scam and ripoff!
Rotita - Swimsuit not as pictured
I ordered a swimsuit that showed up on my Facebook page. When I received the swimsuit the sizing was super small!
The skirt overlay was very see-through. I wanted to exchange it but there is no Way to contact the company. There is no shipping information included in the package. So don't order from this company!
I guess I learned a lesson and have to keep swimsuit I will never wear! After reading the "terms of service".
I realize that they will probably delete this entry. I really just wanted to exchange the swimsuit.

My first time ordering from ZAFUL I purchased a super cute bikini that I couldn’t wait to own! However, I ordered a size small and realized I needed a medium. When I reached out to their customer service representative they offered to refund half the price I paid for that bikini. This was amazing considering it was a mistake on my behalf, not theirs. I ordered my bikini in the correct size and was more than pleased. I ordered it with another shirt that I thought was super cute and when it arrived , the material was of better quality than I was expecting. I live in Canada and my shipping was super cheap and quick which was a huge bonus. Let’s not forget to mention the money I saved using their tokens available on their site I earned !
