Gearbest - No communications!!!

I recently purchased a watch from Gearbest that did not work out of the box. Submitted at least seven tickets only to be answered by a computer! No help, No return authorization, No refund, No Technical help, No worthwhile communications!!! You just get computer generated messages with links that don't work and tons of ad's!
