ShopGoodwill - Shipped with items smashed together and wrapped as tightly as possible with saran wrap cracking the entire item to pieces.
I've been buying on Shopgoodwill.com for about 8 months. Everything was great at the beginning and it noticeably got worse as weeks went by one by one.
Now, I buy a lot on this site. I've already emailed and spoken to the company that owns and manages this website. They're not quite up on how to resolve "glitches" much less own up to one happening and messing up every planned auction you've been looking forward to for days. I get the feeling after communicating with ONE person who does not like to be bothered, that there might be 3 people who function as an "office" or "company" in someone's basement.
It's useless and they're worse than that. Okay, now on to the other more recent problem I've experienced on this site. First let me say I agree wholeheartedly with JOHN W. WHO POSTED ON 9/12/17 that ED and this goodwill is a nightmare to deal with.
I purchased a lot of 5 diecast older cars on 7/3/19 (3 Hubleys, Maisto, Solido) that were for the most part very useable for parts or restoration. This lot was advertised with a baggie of few parts and being sold "as is". Great! Handling alone was $4.99.
I got them on July 15th. There were four squares of bubble wrap and long sheets of brown paper for packing. THE PERSON WHO PACKED THESE 5 ITEMS decided to put two cars together, back to back, wrap these in the smallest bubble-sized plastic wrap as tightly as possible, then wind Saran wrap around this as tightly as possible. You could see the tires of these cars already cracked into pieces through the wrap and had to cut through the Saran wrap (that looked like a cord) and bubble wrap literally to get to the cars.
Pieces of everything fell out of the wrap off of these cars like leaves falling off a tree in autumn. I was pissed! I took a picture and sent it with a like message asking why this goodwill doesn't care about other people's belongings after they leave their store. The response I got was, "I see that the steering wheel fell off the car and it was attached in the pictures of the advertisement.
I will refund $2.25 to you". WHAT??? I unwrapped the second set of two cars, smashed together exactly the same way, and again before I cut through the cord and plastic saw all of the pieces that were going to fall right off the cars because they were already cracked off where they should have been! Now I have four cars that are nothing but parts, parts and pieces of parts all over the top of my stove, and the one baggie of parts originally with the listing.
I took pictures and sent them via email EXPLAINING what the pictures containing specifically pointing out that the baggie of parts that was part of the original listing was in the picture and to look at all the parts and pieces of parts laying all around the four cars, that are now in THREE baggies because there are so many! I HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM ANYONE AT THIS GOODWILL STORE. I had to find their phone number online because they are one of the few goodwills that do not give their phone number along with their address. Reading JOHN W.'s experience was spot on.
They do not want you to call them. I called and left a message for ED. I TOLD ED TO LOOK AT THE PICTURES AGAIN AND THEN TELL ME THAT HE CAN'T SEE ANYTHING WRONG. I ALSO TOLD ED THAT I WOULD BE POSTING MY EXPERIENCE ALL OVER THE INTERNET AND REPORTING HIS GOODWILL TO THE BBB.
I'm confident that I will not be the first person to report this goodwill store to the BBB. These goodwill stores all advertise that the profit from sales goes toward training people for jobs. It appears this goodwill store completely misses the mark. This is by far the WORST package I have received from any goodwill store AND one of the worst at taking responsibility for their problems.
Look where this situation ended up ED!!
All you had to do is be a professional and responsible person. YOU ARE NOT THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS JOB!!!
Other Company - I haven’t received my baby pillow
I ordered a pregnancy pillow over a month ago and I haven’t received it nor have I received a refund NOR have I received a email or call when I contacted them! I’m done playing games I want my money back in its intireity or I’ll bring charges against you! I give you 1 week from 07/17/2019 to the 07/24/2019
Other Company - Didnt send my kitten
I pruchased a persian kitten from lorenzo jos at amazing persians. I paid for the kitten and the door to door shipping from Virginia to Washington.
The morning my kitten was to be shipped, the sender and the shipping company Domestic Pet Ways demanded I rent a $994.00 crate to carry the kitten on the plane. When I refused they asked me to send a walmart gift card to them and then send 494.00 to the seller. I immediately realized it was a scam that the seller and shipping company were in together.
Unfortunately the seller refuses to refund my money for the kitten or the shipping. STAY AWAY FROM AMAZING PERSIAN AND DOMESTIC PET WAYS!!

Shopify - One pissed off photographer
I ordered a camera and lens from ss-speakers.shopify.com expecting it in 3 to 5 business days. It's been 15 days and I still have not received it.
I can't get them to respond to e-mails, they don't have a phone number and now when I go to their website it just says "Oops, something went wrong". My credit card was also charged.
Other Company - Tried to track order but did not allow me to no info on when items arriving and a secret I guess for the phone number to call the Bradford exchange
They told me items would arrive Saturday 6-15-19 late for my mother in laws birthday 6-14-19 great so now what

April 23, 19, I ordered upper and lower denture veneers, still not received my order. You sent me tracking numbers 5/15/19 shipping label prepared, 5/17/19 label created not yet in the system.

Other Company - Bought 3 drones 1500 dollars company sent me 27 drones demanding 14000 dollars I cancel order they said company policy 90 day to get money back I have not received my money March 12 purchase date
A nother company electteck Ltd leena Mittal I ordered 4 drones for 1500 US dollars I ended up sending 3500 US dollars and they say they where hacked by bad people lost that money
