I was contacted by the SBFC last week in response to my inquiry on their website for more information. I was spoken to in French, which I understand well, but what sounded to me like "cent quatre vint dix neuf" (said quickly) ended up being "cinq cent quatre vint dix neuf" on my credit card!
I tried calling my credit card company right away but the money had already gone through. All they could do for me was put me in contact with the customer service department at the SBFC.
They don't answer the phone, but when they did call back they said they would review the situation and call me back.....which I am still waiting for.
Their service is a complete scam. Anyone can find the information that they provide by searching online.
