Renovations to the famous "Kettle House" on the West End of Galveston began a few weeks ago. It is located in neighborhood where many residents live (not just a beach/weekend home for many of us).
How inconsiderate of others that they would sandblast the exterior of this metal vessel on Saturday and Easter Sunday (all day) while residents held an Easter Egg hunt for the kids (100 yards away) on Saturday or tried to enjoy a beautiful Easter day with family and friends. We understand that reno work can be noisy and messy, but really guys on Easter Sunday?
Guess it's all about the $$ and the ratings. :-(
