In August, 2011 I received 2 promotional gift cards 1-$35.00 & 1 -$20.00, on November, 2011 made a purchase at Toys R Us Store #8837 and the cashier made the mistake of adding more value to the cards instead of applying them to my purchase. Spoke to manager on duty she refund what she could and stated that she could not refund all of it becasue of store 6 hours rule.

December, 2011 tried to make a purchase with said cards and they have a 0.00 balance, spoke to the acting manager on duty (REX) and store manager on the phone and spoke with and filed an incident report, all who say that they show a 0.00 balance, but in 7-10 days I will get a report. I stood there in line agruing for approx 3 hours and other customers said they had similar problems.
