I ordered tickets for a Disney On Ice show in Des Moines, Iowa in 2010 and I never received the tickets. They ignored my e-mails inquiring as to the status of the order and laughed at me when I called to demand a refund.

My grandchildren had their hearts set on seeing this so I ended up purchasing another four tickets from the venue, spending twice as much as I should have.

I contacted the Better Business Bureau but it seemed that there wasn't much they could about it except to warn other consumers. Do not order tickets from this company, you are better off going through TicketMaster or other reputable ticket broker.
