MoissaniteCo - 6 month 2 carat ring Stone lost due to setting breaking off!
After wearing my ring for only 6 months and never during strenuous activities. I looked down at dinner and noticed the entire ring had broken off the setting.. it is clearly a manufacturing defect and the company is refusing to do anything about it
ShopGoodwill - Selling fake jewelry as genuine
I purchased what I was told to be a real emerald and diamond ring. When I receive the ring I tested it and it proved to be nothing more than glass for both the emerald and diamonds.
When I asked for a full refund upon return of the item they denied me saying that the gemstone tester showed the stones as emerald and diamond. The tester that they use does not differentiate between real and lab created gemstones. The tester I use does differentiate between real and lab created or glass because it tests the hardness of the gemstone and both the stones indicated showed at zero on my tester. Had they been real the diamonds would have shown at 10+ and the emerald at 8-9 hardness.
However the tester they use does make a noise when the gemstones are lab created or glass obviously they don't know that or don't care. All I wanted was to return the ring and get my money back seeing how they fraudulently listed them as an emerald and diamonds, which they clearly are not.
One of the stones are missing on the ring that I purchased from wish
My call did not go through
Jared’s is a terrible company
Jared’s.com shouldn’t even receive a one star review but there was no option for zero stars.
I purchased a ring for my wife for Christmas and had it engraved with our two kids names . However they messed both kids names up and ruined the Christmas gift as well as Christmas for me.
I returned the item shortly after Christmas and here it is February 6th and have no received a refund. I called customer service at least 12 times about this and got absolutely nowhere . I can go on and on but the bottom line is ABSOLUTELY DO NOT PURCHASE A SINGLE ITEM FROM Jared’s.com!!!! It’s not worth the headache and there service is absolutely terrible.
I even spoke with someone at the corporate office and they still had no answer and could not help me but say “your just going to have to wait, it takes a while” .... Five fu@king weeks to get a refund !

I WENT TO OKKECHOBEE WALMART IN FLORIDA AROUND CHRISTMAS TO BUY MY GIRLFRIEND A WHITE GOLD 1/4 CT RING. NOW AFTER A MONTH WHITE IS WEARING AWAY AND THE RING IS ACTUALLY COPPER?
I TRY TO GET REFUND TODAY WITH RECEIPT AND THE GIRL CAN'T HELP IN JEWELRY, I GET A MANAGER AND EVEN AFTER REVIEWING TAPE SAYS WELL I SEE YOU BOUGHT A RING BUT THE 3'S ON THE BOX ARE A DIFFERENT RING WHICH THEY PROCEED TO SHOW ME.
YES IT'S A LITTLE DIFFERENT. I SAID I AM THE CUSTOMER AND AS A CUSTOMER I DON'T PAY ATTENTION TO CODING #'S AND I HAVE THE RECEIPT AND BASICALLY WAS TREATED LIKE A THIEF AND TOLD THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO.
THE ONE THING I WILL DO IS MAKE SURE EVERYONE KNOWS TO NEVER BUY JEWELRY AGAIN AT WALMARTS ..LESSON LEARNED...PAUL
Costco - Wedding bands
I bought one diamond wedding band white gold another mans white gold plain band. 9 months later they started to turn yellow!!!
I took them back to Costco and they told me 10 weeks to fix the diamond one and they don’t even know if they can!!!
They refused to let me return it without the certificate it came with. There is no disclosure anywhere in the store disclosing this!! Turns out I found the certificate. They called me after I left pissed off.
$2000 in rings and turned yellow. They offered to return them on the phone call.
Going in today yo try to resolve. I NEVER EVER HAD A WHITE GILD RING TURN, including my 100 year grandmas!!
Dreamland Jewelry - Item not as shown
I ordered a ring once before from them and it was pretty nice (and of course crazy cheap) so I ordered another one. Although the image on the website showed the ring having a BRIGHT aqua stone, when it arrived the stone was a disappointing pale blue.
I looked into returning it, but although they allow returns, they don't refund shipping. So with $5 each direction, the $15 ring would cost me $10 in total after the return was finished! Not even worth returning it, and I feel cheated.
I'm pretty annoyed, and I'll be avoiding this company in future: I can't trust that the image on the website is what I'll be getting. (Photos below: the image from the website, and what I actually received.)
Christian Henriks - Very Amused
So I ordered a free ring from Christian-Henrik’s and paid $9 in shipping. I ordered 10/25/18, and received the ring today, 1/22/18. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much. What company gives a legitimate ring for free? The package was about the size of a pack of gum, with only my name and some things written in Chinese. I pulled out the ring, and started laughing. It’s bulky, and the “stone” is probably glass. The ring is not very comfortable, the stone is not set straight, and I can bend the prongs. The metal feels cheap. The ring has a leaf pattern on the band with white “stones” set in it. The “stones” are rhinestones, and they are all set diagonally with only one out of four prongs actually on the rhinestone. In all reality the rhinestones were probably glued. The shipping was supposed to take 6-8 weeks. In December, I reached out to the company and inquired about the order. I had an order number, but they didn’t provide tracking when I ordered. I got a email back saying:
“We are currently experiencing high volumes of emails and orders.
We really apologize for the inconvenience.
Please know that Christian Henriks partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you with the best prices
and the most interesting products.”
There’s more, but that’s the gist of it. I’m not mad. I’m just really amused.
