I reup my service with simple mobile on 7th October 2014 , I called customer service on 8th because my internet was slow and the customer service agent told me to wait 24hours for the new service to kick in. I called on the 9th and I was told that I have use up my data and I was called an Internet abusive I spoke to the manage by the name of Lew and he told me if I use gmail that's the reason my data is finish.
The fact is I haven't use or receice any data the phone been slow ever since I reup.
This is just another company scamming it's customers . They are happy to get paid but they don't give you the service you pay for
