Have waited over a week for a repair of our washing machine- was told we had to wait over a week, had part arrive, had a scheduled repair, even after the part has come in , then received a voice mail saying I had to call and reschedule, as the appointment was not available, called to reschedule and the person Irene 300582 said you cannot have that appointment, I asked to speak to a supervisor and then was DISCONNECTED off the phone! Unacceptable service and rudeness, calling me by an incorrect name, recalled again, and have been on hold for 10 minutes requesting to speak to a supervisor.
