I won't go into the details of our "repair." Just know that the experience we've had with the Long & Foster Home Warranty has been as stated by others on this website. They are a TOTAL ripoff. They'll claim parts for your repair have been shipped to the vendor doing the repair. But they won't ever provide tracking info. - they just string you along. And remember, you pay $100 as soon as someone walks into your home to investigate a repair....

Had heater core replaced. Took south hills jeep almost 3 month to do job.every time they said it was finished i would find parts broken and i was blamed for breaking a tube. Im still finding broken parts and missing bolts all over the jeep just to nam some dont have enough space to tell all wrong

Welder died on me, it was under five year warranty, only 2 years old, they have had it 7 months still and keep telling me it's schedule for first week of month and I'll have it by middle of month and they have told me that every month for past 7 months, don't waste your time I had to by anther welder to use for work and still haven't got my welder back, I'll never deal with.this company again

Purchased a recliner in Oct. for my personal use. the automatic reclaim has already stopped working. Called before Christmas to ask the manager to do something. Two weeks later, no one has called or came to repair. I plan to ask for refund. I didn't buy junk, and I don't want junk in my home.
