They sent over a repairman to fix my TV gives it to me half put together and tells me to go ahead and put it on my wall I refused comes back to fix it makes the TV worse it's been 2 months and I'm still waiting I will never use this company again

American Home Shield - Poor services and high expense over and over same problem

They were expensive, they were not very reliable. I had to call them back in same problem multiple times, pay $75.00 for them to come out and then exorbitant charges on things that they should have covered. In a matter of a few months we paid 1,500 on same air conditioner unit.

I mailed in my Ipad (because there is no other option) and then after going nearly 2 weeks without it, it came back unable to connect to any internet or recognize any networks. The rep tried to pass it off as a software issue (it is not) and now i have to mail it again! Another 2 weeks without it! I never had a problem when i was able to bring it to a local repair shop for the screen.
