Got a call back they said it was all in my imagination. They will not help me.

So I say *** Lazydays in general. That is the last time I do business with them. It's a he said she said type of place. They will believe the staff over the customer.

Thanks for screwing over this disabled combat veteran. No more business from me.

Festival Flea Market - Horrible

Went to Lola’s fine Jewelry by the fruits and vegetables. Owner Eddy was racist and greedy. He lacked basic civility skills. Had no moral conscience. Was Very disrespectful and had zero customer service. He only cared about making a buck. Also, lied about the gold he had went back and forth with his lies from the golds. Extremely arrogant and unethical. Don’t shop there he will rob you blind and with your eyes open. Below zero ratings

The contractors are playing “hot potato” because the contractor will have to pay for your new unit, not AHS. Prepare yourself to be price gouged on the modification costs that will be out of pocket expenses for you, and labeled as non-covered items.

The original contractor is usually stuck with the hot potato, but since you got rid of them, AHS and the next 2 contractors are batting you around amongst themselves. Somebody has to absorb this expensive job, and it won’t be AHS. It will be one of the 3 contractors who will be bullied into paying for this under threat of losing all future calls from AHS. A denial may be still in the works, and believe me, every contractor AHS sends is looking at it from different angles trying to get AHS tomdemy the claim or at least max out your out of pocket costs, to offset the loss that this is going to cost the contactor that has to replace your unit.

Not only does that contractor suffer the financial loss and have to accept legal responsibility and liability for your new installation, but they will also take a hit on their overall “score” that AHS keeps, because they didn’t get this claim denied. The cycle time (number of days from the time the claim started to time job is complete) is lagging, and that also penalized the contractor. Meanwhile, I suggest you accept a Cash in lieu offer from AHS and hire an outside contractor to get the new system from. The cashout offer will be very low, but will still be way more than what the AHs contractor would get paid.

The AHS contractor who would end up installing your new unit would have to provide everything including the unit for payment of $200 from AHS—the same amount he gets from every single AHS job. Whoever “lands” the job will be stricken broke, suffer a loss of scoring from AHS, and have an unhappy customer “you” who wouldn’t recommend them to your worst enemy. Make sure they are planning to pull a permit and have the system inspected. They will really get beaten up then.

Making the contractors and the customers suffer and fight amongst themselves is what AHS does best. Please update

Hello MassivePiranha175, Sorry to hear about how you have been treated by your landlord. We are a group of people formerly employed by the Wall Street corporate landlords like American Homes 4 Rent, Invitation Homes, and FirstKey Residential who have come together to share information and tips we gained from working for these companies in an effort to help tenants get fair treatment.

We recently used your complaint as an example of tenant mistreatment in a post we did that talks about how to get repairs performed in a timely manner. If you are still dealing with repair issues, you might find the tips and information helpful. You can find the posting here: https://www.landlordsowetenants.wordpress.com/2018/12/12/tips-to-get-timely-repairs/ If you have questions, please feel free to let us know by leaving a comment at our blog.

Good luck with the rest of your tenancy - we hope the remainder of your lease is better than the start. Landlords Owe Tenants

I hope that if you had any kind of gas leak you would call 911 or your gas company. Gosh, that is dangerous.

Where is the gas leak? Is it in a connection to the dryer, or is the leak within the dryer (you state the dryer is leaking gas)?

If the leak is within the dryer you need to contact the manufacturer of the dryer and have a service person sent out.

It can't be a very serious leak if it hasn't been fixed in 5 appointments. If it were ,you would have been concerned for your safety and had someone else come and fix it.
