On May 19, 2010 I contacted the customer service department about a 29.00 late charge fee. I had not paid a min 5.00 payment on a 89.50 bill.

Rep refused to waive the entire 29.00 fee but would waive 12.00. I asked to speak to a supervisor or mananger.

Rep state" I WILL NOT TRANSFER YOU TO A SUPERVISOR THEY CANT HELP YOU". Hung up went on internet and got corp office number- called number was transferred to assistant to the President explained what happened and she asked "did they transfer you to this number
