Galleria Furniture - I will never go there again!! They do not stand behind there

I purchased a new living room set. With in a week I notice the recliner was a defect. Now it’s been over 2 months and still nothing so we agreed to a refund. It’s been a week and now I have to call again and get the run around. Please learn from my experience go to Mathis brothers they have made some impressive improvements.

Bernie And Phyls Furniture - Do not buy a special order item.

The technition would not return a special order recliner to the manufacturer to correct two different shape arms and excess fabric on leg extention.

Rooms To Go - Liar even with a straight face
Bot a recliner 3/10/18 and it’s defective so they replaced it. The second one has the same defect that the first one had. I’ve called the mgr and was told that they won’t give me a refund but a credit.
