I received a Knot out pet grooming comb ON October 12,2017 . It came in broken.

I tried to contact them but did not hear from them and that has been some time. I would like to resolve this, either replace it or credit my account. . I also ordered Dog Paw Decals.

I never received them. (That also was paid for) Seems to me that this Company is only for themselves and not the customers. Now maybe it was not much money to them but it was my hard saving money I purchased these products . Do not purchased any thing from this company.
