Central Transport - Pick up service.
On multiple occasions you have missed your pick up, just last week it took 3 days for us to get a pick up. You say you are reliable, but lately, that is far from the case. I have currently been on hold for customer service for 16+ minutes and this is my second call as the first representative hung up on me and didn't bother to try to call me back!!
Customer services, not at all!!
Humana - Lousy Transportation service.
I was told that I could only request a ride for medical reasons 3 business days before my appointment.
So , on this past Monday , October 29 I requested a pick up ride and return home to see my main Dr. on the upcoming Thursday , November 1st at 8;30 a.m.
Thursday , November 1st at 8;30 a.m. I called and asked if anyone was coming, I was told there wasn't anything scheduled for me on this day, that I was scheduled for a pick up for November 12th.
I told them I never requested a ride for November 12th, plus I couldn't because if I have needed it, I would had to have call 3 business days prior to the 12th.
Today is Monday November the 12th , I got a call that my ride was outside waiting for me. Ride ? what ride ? I never requested a ride for today!
They think we can't complaint because the service is free, *** Wanna bet ? That day I had to take a cab to be with my Dr.
I called Humana and complainted, I was told every call is recorded and they have a record of this complaint ( yeah right ! ).
Two years ago I called and complainted about the clinic I was going to , even wrote a 10 page complaint and mailed it to the Kentucky complaints office, they never did a damn thing.
They do the same thing cops do, they play the " Good and bad guy ".
First chance I get , I'm dumping Humana. And if you were thinking about getting Humana, trust me, save yourself a lot of aggravation and pain, get another insurance, thanks.
Eat24 - Poor customer service
I ordered dinner through Eat24 for a pickup. 45 minutes later, when I went to get my food, I noticed the app said it was still being prepared.
The restaurant is right across the street, so I just walked over. Not only was my food not ready, but the manager told me that they do not take orders through Eat24 or Grub Hub and they have told them that repeatedly. Since I had a meeting, I didn't have time to place an order and wait for it. (Which is why I ordered online in the first place...I tried ordering from the restaurant's website, and it directed me to Eat24, and I explained that to them.) When I contacted Eat24 to get a refund, our chat was cut off, but not before the customer service agent had my confirmation number and other details and said he would take care of it.
I have since contacted them repeatedly, and still no refund. If you can't take orders for a restaurant, make that evident when placing the order....just shameful business practice.
I paid a premium for food and a service and they still won't acknowledge the screwup.

I need to raise complaint on Logistics, I scheduled 7 package on 18-05-2018 1 pm to 4pm, In that they only pick 3 Orders remains,
Still now there is no one contacted me for the pickup, But they are changed the slot to be picked up, its is like a fake or cheating by that associate, Give me a proper response from that associate, I am from Erode, I contacted that station manager about this issue, But there is no proper response from them,
If they do like this means Who will take responsible for the delay. I need superior person contact number of that station manager, It will creation bad impression on my company name. I facing this issue on lot of time, I attached the screenshot for your reference. I am waiting for your response as soon as possible.

Pick Up Service Review
We booked a hotel transfer from auckland on 27march and despite tel to confirm and arrange a pick up time of 5.55 they had not turned up by 6.20 and as we had a plane to catch and traffic we made other arrangements. Despite trying to contact them we have had no response, we would not recommend tha you use this company.
