Wish - My visa was doubled charged

I ordered one pair of yoga pants and wish charged my account two times for the same item. This happened on January 1st 2019.

I have tried to contact customer support but the number said to look to the app, so I did.

All the app did was send me to a customer service chat room that was no help. In my opinion, it is much better and easier to actually talk to a person about my payment issue instead of a computer that can't help me.

I posted on Facebook not to waste money on the company Wish

I ordered a dog sweater and they sent me the wrong size

Not the size i asked for so it was for a 10 pound dog same thing happened with the same dog coat i bought last year from E Bay only I asked for a XXXL and they sent a XL that’s to small i talked to customer service and they told me to send pictures and I sent several pictures but they haven’t answered me they plan on doing nothing to fix these problems. I ordered a pair of exercise pants and they came but the left side was ripped and I took pictures again but they didn’t do anything about it and they just keep ignoring me.They give you a number to call the so called manager and when I call they say you can’t talk to the manager you have to send him a E mail but they won’t give me the e mail address.Everything I’ve ordered has been cheaply made like the earring I got the backs were gone.

I have ordered about 25 items and I want to cancel the whole order and get my money back and I will never order anything from Wish again and I will keep posting it to all my friends on Facebook not to buy anything from Wish and my friends thank me and said they were going to order from Wish but they are not now. I’m really mad i ordered a lot of Christmas presents and my son birthday present that never came.Since I’ve had these problems now they are not sending my orders and haven’t return my money...

I’ve sent all the pictures and I’m not interested in sending anymore because they are not replying to me. I’m going to have to hire a attorney and call cumsomer compaints and the news paper and let the whole world know they are scammers and do not buy anything from them !

Walmart - Pissed wont shop there any more

bought a pair of dickie duck pants size marked 36/34 they were a present when my boyfriend went to put them on they were to big and to short. they were 38/30 marked on inside tag.

went to exchange them had wrong receipt said that this was for a brown pair. told them that I just wanted to get the right size. I said I will get brown instead of green.i just want to get another pair. customer service and mens department said they couldn't exchange them they have a 90 day return policy.

I use to spend a lot of money there. now I wont go back. also in this area they are the only ones to carry lemon propel in 12 packs. no other store can get it.

I use to take all of the lemon off the shelf that's all my boyfriend drinks. Wtf linda gage 39147 st rt 3 carthage ny 13619

Why is it their fault that you didn't bring the right receipt? If the purchase was less than 90 days ago and you have the proper receipt go back again and make the exchange. If you don't have the receipt or you waited longer than 90 days it's your problem, not theirs.

The Jt Store - Perfect products

Super

comfortable. I am a size 18 so I worried about the 2x size fitting but it fits

like a glove. I’m also very tall so I always have problems with the length of

the pants but these are the perfect length. Seriously love these pants. I even bought a skirt for my wife and she loves it. It fits really well and I can’t wait to show it off to my friends. I am planning to buy some presents for Diwali from the store. Their prices are inexpensive. I have never seen such prices anywhere else. I am happy with them and will tell all my friends from here.

Haband - RIPPED OFF

RETURNED TWO PANTS (NEW) IN UNOPENED PACKAGE PAYING FOR POSTAGE. REQUESTED THEY BE EXCHANGED FOR THE NEXT SIZE SMALLER (42).

PANTS WERE SENT TO ME WERE THE WRONG PANTS. CALLED CS THEY TOLD ME TO USE THE RETURN LABEL STATING WHAT WAS WRONG. I RECEIVED THE RIGHT PANTS, BUT THEY WERE THE WRONG SIZE (44) THE SAME I SENT THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE. CALLED CS AGAIN I WAS TOLD TO RETURN THEM USING THEIR RETURN LABEL STATING WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS.

OVER THE NEXT 8 MO. I TALKED TO 6 CS REPS ASKING WHERE MY PANTS WERE ALL STATED THE PANTS WERE NOT SENT TO ME AND THEY WOULD TAKE OF THE PROBLEM, TWO MO. LATER I CALLED AGAIN AND I WAS TOLD THAT PANTS WERE NOT SENT DUE HAVING TWO SHIPPING CHARGES AND THE PANTS WERE EQUAL IN COST SO THEY USED THEM AS PAYMENT.

I INFORMED THE REP THAT I DID WHAT THE REP TOLD ME TO AND THERE WERE TWO SHIPPING CHARGES THAT THEY CAUSED BY SENDING ME THE WRONG PANTS TWICE. CS "ANGEL" TO BAD

Ordered pants that came they fit me but on closer inspection I noticed a gash across one of the kegs straight from the package. Next I got out a second pair from the same order and couldn't get the button on the waist through the button hole on the pants.

The button is too large to fit the hole.

I don't know about the Haband Company, but I would be embarrassed if I sent out new products like these to a customer. Have ordered several times through them with no problems but I am disappointed in these products.
