Was told no charge on suspended a/c, not true. Got wrong cable box, one month still waiting for new one.

Went to nearby office, average wait time 1 hour!!?? Cannot get bill emailed to me or transfer credit from old a/c to new one. Called again >>> response was sorry too busy. Too bad no competition.

Local rep Rose Brooks does not return calls, Jeff in customer service offers finally a $20 credit, have not see it yet. Niaomi says the company is not responsible for bad info given to customers.

Cannot access 2nd a/c on line; no one at the company has a clue of how to get 2 a/c's info.
