Ordered pair of biking shorts on 7/12/18 and my credit card was charged. I never received the shorts.

I have emailed them several times requesting the merchandise or a refund. They keep saying they will look into the problem. Not sure what else I can do or add to this complaint to make it long enough to submit. Problem is pretty simple.

Merchandise ordered and paid for but never shipped. But apparently I to add nonsense to get this submitted.

I am now finding this web site completely useless, so I will just add words to msme the minimum requirement. This is total BS some complaints do not need long explanations.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $30.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
