Return new damaged mattress to store and exchange for a new in stock of like mattress regardless of extra cost.

Slumberland Furniture in Owatonna, Minnesota - Go somewhere else

Never have any of the items that they have for sale in stock they’re always doing the bait and switch. Have the time the mattresses advertisers aren’t the ones they sell. They’re always selling warranties and then home and back anything up. I should I owned a few of them!

The mattress Sealy hybrid. It was comfortable for about 6 months and it started getting *** on 1 side. I have turned it from end to end like I was supposed to -- I don't now because my back hurts when it has the side the hole is up. Appreciate a reply or offer of some kind. Brenda Plant

Mattress Firm - I'd like to speak to someone

I will not speak with the regional or district manager of Falmouth Massachusetts I was told upon the last screw up with Mattress Firm to contact corporate every time I speak with an expert I get disconnect it the mattress I received was a Greenwood firm if someone does not call me I will be calling the Attorney General I will be hiring an attorney because since having this mattress the Springs are broken inside my mattress and I'm not paying someone to come and look at my mattress also I am highly allergic to whatever was on this mattress when it was delivered to me which in turn I have a rash on my face swollen face on my chest down my back I would like to speak with someone I am text talking because I cannot see very well anymore my cell number is5085349123 I have tried to submit a claim on multiple times and your system tells me that my email is invalid this is why I'm asking to speak with a live person thank you very much look forward to speaking with someone

Initially I thought this place was awesome until I purchased a mattress. The carry the name brands as well as their "revive" brand of mattresses. I chose their brand because after laying on it at the store I felt this was the best choice for comfort as well as price. They try to sell you the brand name which are more expensive offering a 30 comfort return policy and tell you that their brand does not offer the 30 day return policy. I wanted to exchange not return. Well I slept on my mattress one night and it was far more firmer than the one I laid on at the store. I've had the mattress two days and asked if I can exchange it and was told all sells are final. Now I'm stuck with a $1700 brick.

I purchased a bed and scheduled a delivery day. I drove from Houston to Galveston the night before to be there to receive it. Not only did I not receive delivery but I never got a call saying they weren’t going to deliver it because it wasn’t even in stock! Reschedule for the following Friday and the exact same thing happened ! They could care less!

I purchased a box spring and mattress that was unbearably comfortable - despite a substantial price point. At time of purchase I asked about return policy was told 30 days. Absolutely no mention of restocking and pick up fee. Went to the store and asked them about how to return. Again no mention of restocking and pick up fee. Called the toll free number to schedule return and was told about the fees for the first time. Hands were tied. Had to pay the fees. Now I’m trying to find out where the heck my refunded money is!!! I’m on the phone with the mattress team and all they can tell me is the date the return was processed at warehouse. Seriously! No more information than that.

Sams Club - Will never again make an expensive purchase at Sams

We bought a mattress and after 2 years it’s not good at all anymore. They gave a 10 year warranty so we took it back, but we didn’t have the receipt. We do have our credit cart statement, but they can’t find it in their system. It’s been almost 2 months and no one have been able to help not even corporate office. It is just ridiculous they can’t find it in their system under our membership. If it was Costco they would not hesitate to help us. We are so made and disappointed with Sams. We will never again buy anything there and we are making sure to pass the word out. Their customer service is really bad.
