Cancelled delivery with both company ordered from and XPO 3 times and they still call me for delivery. Also, their phone # is extremely difficult to find. I will never use them for any delivery.

ROOMS TO GO WONT ADJUST THE PRICE OF AN ITEM EVEN IF PRICE DROPS ONE DAY AFTER DELIVERY

I purchased a mattress from Rooms to Go and it was delivered on July 6th. I was searching their website to purchase some bar stools today (July 12th - 6 days after my mattress was delivered) and saw that the mattress was lowered $100 less than what I paid.

I called to get a price adjustment (as most reputable retailers offer within 14-30 days after a purchase) and they told me that they could not adjust the price after the item had been delivered EVEN IF IT IS ONE DAY LATER!! So basically, it's my bad.... Gotcha!!

I will NEVER buy another piece of furniture from them. I was all set to be a repeat customer (in fact, I was on their website because I intended to buy more items) but they've lost a customer for life and I intend to tell any and everyone who will listen about this ridiculous, usurious, "bait-and-switch" policy!

Mattress Firm - Bed bugs are part of your guarantee

In 2016 my dad bought a box spri g and mattress and the box spring was I rested with bed bug eggs and stage 2 bed bugs they did nothing we took them to court but the statue of limitations ran out we were 4 days late filing. So rule of law means they throw out the case however the warehouse manager testified under oath that the warehouse my dad's mattress came from was never sprayed for bedbugs as a precaution.

But every other warehouse in Colorado they provided orkin reciepts for except for the one my dad got his from in aurora Colorado. He said it was never sprayed and behold guess what that warehouse didn't even last 2 years they shut it down. I wonder why??!! They paid a man who got bugs from them as well it was more then enough for him to build a new house.

Also they testified that mattress firm assumes no responsibility for Infenstations bed bugs are a part of there guarantee they basically stated and they won't take responsibility or treat your home after the fact they blame you for it. They keep used mattresses by new products the plastic has vent holes and slits in them and they pick up old mattresses and resell them even if they're infested they don't even check.

Who's to say a house that returned a mattress within there 120 warrenty dates doesn't have bugs before returned they don't ever check. So BEWARE YOU MAY GET BED BUGS FROM THEM AND THEY TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY also my dad disputed the transaction with his bank and he got his money back and they never even wanted the mattress and box spring back so they gave it to my dad for free hahaha how great huh then they wrote it off as house damage.

And didn't know it ran out i mean they offered us a settlement but there's no way I'd sign a confidential agreement no amount of money is worth it the world needs to know and more victims are out there I've spoken to a bunch of them who got bugs from same warehouse at mattress firm

Mattress Firm - THIEVES!

SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE! SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I purchased a mattress after explaining to the salesman I have back problems and I'm a side sleeper. They assist me in choosing a mattress and send me on my way. They delivered the mattress and for the next few weeks all I experienced was extreme discomfort anytime I laid down on the mattress. Anytime I contacted them they would tell me to give it time or to take the mattress to the floor and jump on it to help soften it up.

The defective mattress has a comfort level just short of a cinderblock. This is not what I paid for and now they are trying to resell me on another mattress! Save your money, time, comfort, and sanity and shop somewhere else! MATTRESS FIRM ARE A BUNCH OF THIEVES!

DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE 5 STARS! THEY CONVINCE YOU TO WRITE A REVIEW WHILE YOU'RE SITTING AT THE DESK FINISHING UP THE SALE.

Big Sandy Superstore - Parkersburg WV store

Bought mattresses from the Parkersburg, WV store. The floor model was nice.

The ones I received were hard and made my back hurt. I did get the one time exchange. When I went to return the first mattresses. The guy working told me to lay it on the floor and have kids jump up and down on the matress to break it in!

Then the other sales clerk told me I needed an adjustable base to help soften it for another 799.00! So I got a second set. Again the store one was nice and comfy! Mine??

Nope I am now $ 500 deep in chiropractic bills and they will not take it back or exchange. Again told me to purchase their 799.00 adjustable bed frame.. . Seriously??

I have furnished my kitchen from there with appliances, have got decor, bought recliners, mattresses, .. .

No more! They have forever lost my business and my families!

Mathis Furniture - Warranty rejected.

Unfortunately Mathis Bros. is following suit in relation to many companies.

A new $2,000 matress was purchased that had a 20 yr warranty, it began breaking down 6 months ago and reported this to the company. Their reply was no warranty coverage, I had my papers, no coverage. What ever happened to integrity in business.

What happened to truth in advertising. Stay away for Matress Brothers!

Wayfair - Buyer Beware

Bought mattress and paid $90 extra for delivery and setup.

Brought mattress and set it down.

Box spring came in a box and they would not put together.

I will NEVER BUY FROM WAYFAIR AGAIN !!!
