Costway in Harrison, New Jersey - Return an item

We purchased an airtrack through Groupon from Costway for Christmas for our daughters and when they opened the box the hose was missing and the airtrack had several holes in it. We have been trying to reach out to Costway since Christmas Day and haven’t heard anything back.

You know that label is on practically everything. Yoga mat probably smelled because of the material it was made from. Do you live in a box?

Let me get this straight...you're pissed off because a misplaced item (probably misplace by another guest) was 3 whole dollars higher? It is a CHRISTMAS sale that is going on, you realize that right?

The sales manager from Great Lakes Skipper called and said they would refund my money because they wanted completely satisfied customers. I was wrong about them, they do care about customer satisfaction and would withdraw my complaint about the Tracker boat mat.
