Lost over 50%
Terrible service and product. Trees were received with little or no root system.
Consequently, lost over 50%. Some species lost the entire shipment. To add insult to injury, the replacement procedure calls for an application form to be filled out and returned for review and approval. They lost the first application as well as several customer service personell.
This added more time , frustration and resources. A recent conversation wound up in an argument. Person stated they lost another customer service manager and were not going to ship anything untill he is replaced. Therefore, the warranty/replacement system is a joke.
To date we have received nothing except more frustration and lost resources.
