Living Spaces - Not backing up products

I purchased a 50 inch Kensington wall clock. The first one was ordered on line and when it was delivered it was badly damaged (legs torn off and body of clock was dented.

I called the company and they advised to take it to a local store and exchange. We took it back to the Monrovia Living Spaces. There were 2 clocks there - one was damaged and the other looked fine. We took the one that looked okay.

Within less than 30 days the clock has stopped working. So we have a clock on our wall that is useless. I called Living Spaces and was told too bad. The warranty period of 7 days was over.

I expect a clock to work more than 30 days. This is unacceptable and extremely poor customer service.




Seems like we all have had bad experiences and poor quality of goods. Maybe we can get a class action law suit against living spaces
