Incompetent customer service and billing personnel.
I currently have an auto loan with you.
For over 6 months we have been having difficulty recieving a bill for the loan payment on her vehicle.
In month 6 I was finally informed that they were returned undeliverable (your representatives failed to mention this in the numerous calls made prior to that).On 12/30/09 I contacted your alleged customer sevice department in regards to the late charges you are attemting to apply for Decembers late payment of which we recieved the statement on 12/10/09 (photo copies of the postmarked bill can be made available).
Your assistant supervisor Brian ID # BGB663 who is a complete *** flat out refused to assist in correcting this matter and refused to provide me with the contact information of his supervisor to refer this matter to as well as his inabilities and short comings.
I am still attempting to locate E-mail channels to reconcile this issue but up to now have been unable to contact a real or intelligent person.I am now pursuing legal avenues.
