between time on the computer and calling three different numbers, i spent about 45 minutes trying to pay my bill. something to do with confirming my checking account was legitimate.
they took my payment from the same checking account last month. i have no idea why it wasn't good enough this month. the checking account is fifteen years old.
after finding out how much more work i would have to do to get them to let me make e payments, i told them to cancel the card. nobody with a credit score of over 800 should have to go to this much trouble to pay a bill.
