I updated my online banking auto pay to the new amount due monthly but I made an honest mistake and accidentally skipped the payment. I was a few days late returning their call about it and they will not wave the charge which is 5% of my payment.

YIKES. To top it off the customer service rep was very nasty tempered and snotty to me when I asked to have the late fee waived.

I got ahold of a manager who said too bad so sad we don't care about you. There is a written process to fight the charge but he said he was part of the decision making team who reviewed the written requests and basically he was going to say no so waste my time if I want......
