Take these reviews to heart! When I ordered I thought that maybe everyone else's experience was a fluke.

It's been a month and a half since I placed my order and I do still not have the merchandise. After numerous calls for a status on the order I was just informed that the item is backordered, but that it would eventually be cancelled. Huh? Based on this new information I cancelled my order.

Let's hope they get that right.

My next task will be to stop the catalogs they will send me. Maybe they'll be best used to start a fire in the fireplace.
